Job summary

Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Team Leader (RNLD or RMN) for the Brookfield Centre in Dartford. This part-time role involves clinical leadership and delivering quality priorities within inpatient learning disability and autism services in a forensic setting.

You will support Ward Managers and Matron, lead multidisciplinary teams, promote patient and staff wellbeing, and contribute to education and development.

Qualifications

• Band 6 Team Leader with RNLD or RMN qualification.
• Full UK driving licence required for business use.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and ensure delivery of quality priorities in inpatient LD/Autism services.
• Support Ward Managers and Matron in achieving service objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and contribute to education and staff development.
• Actively participate in reviews to facilitate timely discharge and care planning.
