Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have lived experience of forensic mental health, criminal justice, addictions and recovery knowledge.
• Experience in peer support roles or supporting others is advantageous but not essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support service users in activities such as moving on groups, wellbeing groups, walking groups and social inclusion activities.
• Provide individual support and advice where appropriate.
• Work as part of Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust’s Forensic Community Mental Health Team (FCMHT).
