Job summary

Carmichael UK is recruiting for an experienced Foreman/General Foreman to join the HS2 project in the Northamptonshire area. You will lead site teams, supervise direct labour and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Therole requires strong leadership, clear communication and a proactive approach to planning, progress reporting and toolbox talks. You will work closely with Site Agents, Engineers and project management to maintain high safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience as Foreman or General Foreman on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in earthworks and drainage.
• Experience with Tier 1 contractors is highly desirable.

Carmichael UK is recruiting for an experienced Foreman / General Foreman to join the HS2 project in the Northamptonshirearea. The Role

As a Foreman / General Foreman, you will play a key role in coordinating site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. You will lead site teams, manage day-to-day activities and work closely with Site Agents, Engineers and project management teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Foreman or General Foreman on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in earthworks, drainage, structures, highways or reinforced concrete works.
• Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor is highly desirable.
• CSCS required.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive programme delivery whilst maintaining the highest safety standards.
