Job summary

RTL Group Ltd, a national civil engineering contractor, is seeking a General Foreman to join a Lake District project with an immediate start. You will lead site operatives and subcontractors, plan daily activities, and ensure works run to programme.

The role requires a strong civils background, CSCS with Black or Gold, SSSTS/SMSTS, and a full UK driving licence. You will maintain RAMS, manage health and safety, and report progress to the Site Manager.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black or Gold required.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Experience as General Foreman on civil engineering projects.
• Strong civils background.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements.
• IT literate.
• Full UK driving licence.
