Job description

Foreman - Widnes - Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 17:00 - 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Foreman to oversee the service, refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of hire and customer equipment, ensuring safety standards and timely delivery.

On a daily basis, you will supervise a team of service engineers, ensure stock availability, provide technical assistance, and organise technical training for your team.

What you'll need:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Previous supervisory experience, ideally in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of managing asset and stock counts
  • Ability to support your team in delivering our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver
  • Ability to manage a team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of H&S and housekeeping
