Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is recruiting a Foreman for a major civil engineering scheme in Bristol. The role focuses on supervising site operatives and subcontractors, coordinating labour, plant and materials, and delivering toolbox talks to ensure health and safety compliance.

You will liaise with the Site Manager and project team to deliver the civils works on a large highway/civil engineering programme in Bristol.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black card (construction site)
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience supervising major civils/highways schemes
• Strong civil engineering background
• Knowledge of RAMS and health & safety procedures

Foreman Responsibilities:

• Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
• Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Liaising with the Site Manager and project team.

Foreman Requirements:

• Black CSCS card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• Previous experience managing or supervising major civils or highways schemes.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Good understanding of RAMS and health and safety procedures.
• Full UK driving licence.
