Job summary

Sunblink Foreman position on civil/construction projects in the Suffolk/Norwich/Bury St Edmunds area. You will supervise site teams, coordinate subcontractors and oversee day-to-day delivery of works on site across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on site management experience in civils or construction, a strong safety mindset and the ability to drive work to programme while managing priorities and resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience as Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Experience in civils, construction, energy or utilities.
• Proven experience supervising site teams and subcontractors.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to organise and prioritise site activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
• Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure works progress to programme.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and productivity on site.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foreman to join our team, covering projects across Suffolk, Norwich and Bury St Edmunds.

We are looking for a capable and experienced site professional with the confidence to supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors and oversee the day-to-day delivery of works on site.

Candidates with a background in civil engineering, building/construction, energy or utilities are particularly encouraged to apply.
