Job summary

Sunblink is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead Civils/Construction/Energy projects across Suffolk, Norwich and Bury St Edmunds. You will supervise site teams and subcontractors and oversee day-to-day delivery on site.

The ideal candidate has prior foreman or site supervisor experience, strong health and safety knowledge, and the ability to organise activities, lead teams, and meet deadlines. This role involves regional travel and hands-on leadership on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as Foreman, Site Supervisor or similar.
• Experience in civils, construction, building, energy or utilities.
• Proven experience supervising site teams and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to organise and prioritise site activities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on approach to site management.
• Ability to work to deadlines and project programmes.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foreman to join our team, covering projects across Suffolk, Norwich and Bury St Edmunds.

We are looking for a capable and experienced site professional with the confidence to supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors and oversee the day-to-day delivery of works on site.
