Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Foreman to lead civil works on a water treatment site in Chelmsford. The role requires a strong civils background and previous water industry experience, with immediate start available.

You will supervise operatives and subcontractors, coordinate labour, plant and materials, and ensure health and safety compliance on site. A valid CSCS supervisory card and UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Gold CSCS or relevant supervisory CSCS card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• Previous experience working on water treatment or water infrastructure schemes.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Good understanding of RAMS and health and safety procedures.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
