Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a capable Foreman to lead civil works on a water treatment site in Chelmsford. You will supervise site operatives and subcontractors, manage day-to-day activities and ensure works are delivered to programme and quality standards.

The role requires a strong civil engineering background, water industry experience, CSCS (Gold) or supervisory card, SSSTS/SMSTS, RAMS awareness and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• CSCS Gold card or supervisory CSCS required.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• Previous experience on water treatment or water infrastructure schemes.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• RAMS and health and safety procedures knowledge.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Foreman to help deliver works on a water treatment site in Chelmsford, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate must have previous water industry experience and a strong civils background.

Foreman Responsibilities:
