* 35 hours per week, core hours of work are 7:30am – 3:30pm with a one-hour break, plus paid overtime for evening events, lettings and weekend working as required. Hours of work as arranged with the Director of Technical Services.

We are looking to appoint a motivated and dynamic IT and AV Technician with a high level of technical knowledge and outstanding customer service. The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent face-to-face IT and AV service to students and staff. Responsibilities include aiding in the use of computer hardware and software; setting up and operating AV equipment for performances and other Drama and Music events and workshops; service desk management and working with team members to troubleshoot complex and routine issues.
You will be part of the Technical Services Team, that delivers an IT and AV service to the four schools of the Twyford Church of England Trust – Twyford CE High School (Acton), William Perkin CE High School (Greenford), Ada Lovelace CE High School (Ealing), and Ealing Fields High School (Ealing).
The role is primarily based at Twyford CE High School in Ealing but will involve providing practical support for events at other schools as required.
