Hybrid role based at Lotus Park, Staines-upon-Thames, leading forecasting, planning processes, and data-driven recommendations to drive revenue growth. The role manages a team of analysts, shapes business strategy, and collaborates with senior leaders to turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Planning, Analytics, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, Forecasting, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or similar analytical function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills; experience with querying tools like SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UK, Ireland and Nordics forecasting and business planning processes, ensuring accurate projections.
• Analyse performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide revenue growth guidance.
• Deliver insightful reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence plans, priorities, and growth initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and planning processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts to foster a high-performance culture.
• Translate complex data into clear business insights for leadership audiences.
