The Forecasting and Planning Manager will be responsible for the quarterly and yearly planning and target setting of TV Retention, as well as call demand forecasting for sports and cinema upgrades, downgrades and Broadband. They will need to understand the relevant performance variables (e.g. customer propensities, offer status, product holding, discretionary income band, new product launches) as well as the prevailing macro-economic trends such as inflation, energy and interest rates to transform all of these considerations into a cohesive plan.
