Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with process improvement and workshop facilitation.
• Stakeholder management skills and experience.
• Strong requirements and business analysis experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial experience.
• Knowledge of analytics methods and modelling.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of the business forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify new capabilities to maximise IT delivery value.
• Drive a strategic agenda to maximise ROI through analytics products.
• Lead requirements workshops and ensure full lifecycle delivery.
• Collaborate with IT delivery teams to scope and deliver changes.
• Be the expert for forecasting solutions and guide global users.
• Support AI initiatives to optimise engine removal planning and scheduling.
