Job summary

Clarks Bournemouth is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences while achieving sales targets and KPIs. You will guide customers through the product range of shoes and accessories, using Clarks selling models and up-to-date product knowledge to drive satisfaction.

Join a team that maintains high retail standards front and back of house, supports stock control, cash handling, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work weekends/bank holidays and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience using product knowledge.
• Support achievement of store KPIs by delivering sales at target levels.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house areas to high retail standards.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
