Job summary

Clarks is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to deliver an excellent consumer experience in-store while meeting set targets and KPIs. You will help sell shoes and accessories, while supporting daily maintenance of high retail standards both on the shop floor and in back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• Provide a great consumer experience in store and learn Clarks product knowledge.
• Assist in achieving store KPIs by selling to target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain high retail standards in front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and utilise technology to enhance the customer journey.
• Support in maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
• Contribute to a flexible 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
