Job summary

Clarks in Bournemouth is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver a great customer experience and help achieve store targets. You will assist customers in selecting shoes and accessories while upholding brand standards and providing enthusiastic service.

You will keep the sales floor and back-of-house areas orderly, use store technology to enhance the shopping journey, and support with merchandising, stock, and cash procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and use technology to enhance the shopper journey.
• Support achievement of store KPIs by selling to target levels set by management.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house areas to high brand and retail standards.
• Be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish as required.
