Job summary

Whisper is seeking an experienced Creator Talent Manager to join FC Mobile, building a nationwide network of football content creators. You will own recruitment, onboarding, and coordination for 20–30 creators across major leagues, while building systems for sourcing, tiering, scheduling and tracking.

As the first hire in this space, you’ll establish workflows, maintain creator relations, and ensure alignment with Whisper’s editorial and safety standards as you scale the roster.

Qualifications

• Experience in creator/talent recruitment or influencer management.
• Strong research instincts to identify fit across leagues and regions.
• Ability to negotiate within defined budget tiers.
• Excellent organizational and process-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate football content creators across major leagues and beyond.
• Manage scheduling, logistics and performance tracking for the roster.
• Onboard, brief and support creators, coordinating with producers on editorial needs.
• Build tools and processes to efficiently scale a growing creator roster.
