Job summary

Footballco is seeking a Junior Creator to join our Content Team in London. You’ll film and edit social videos, contribute to daily output across GOAL and related channels, and appear on camera to bring football culture to fans worldwide.

Collaborate with production, audience and post teams to maximise reach and impact. You’ll use Adobe Premiere for rough cuts, stay ahead of trends, and drive ideas with analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience producing social media content on- and off-camera, ideally at a sports publisher or creator.
• Experience editing social videos in Adobe Premiere.
• Strong understanding and passion for football.
• Deep understanding of social media trends and shareability.
• Knowledge of digital and social media landscape.
• Familiarity with analytics and data-driven insights.
• Basic video shooting skills.
• Strong organisational and content planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Film and produce engaging short and long-form video content for studio and remote setups.
• Show on-camera presence across Footballco channels.
• Perform rough-cut edits and tailor content for social platforms.
• Support studio operations and keep sets organised and safe.
• Maintain and organise production equipment and inventory.
• Collaborate on brainstorming and executing new video concepts.
• Monitor content performance using analytics.
