Job description

DK PRO ACADEMY is a fast-growing private football academy based in St Albans, England. The academy specializes in delivering high-level training sessions to elite youth players, aiming to prepare them for professional football careers. It trains academy teams weekly throughout the year, including off-season, and competes against professional clubs and academies.

The club also hosts and participates in fixtures, tournaments (both UK and abroad), half-term development camps, and offers additional opportunities such as 1-2-1 and small group sessions with players.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an age group lead coach based in Hertfordshire. The Football Coach will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering coaching sessions to young players with high potential. Responsibilities include following club training guidelines, mentoring players, creating a positive environment, analyzing performance, and providing constructive feedback. The coach will also manage team dynamics, ensure player safety, and promote sportsmanship and teamwork aligned with the club’s four core values.

The current salary offered is £20-30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The role requires coaching at least once a week, with additional coaching hours available during the week.

Current session times:

• Thursday 7-8 pm: Goalkeepers & U11-12s in Hatfield
