Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 coaching qualification or working towards it.
• Valid DBS, safeguarding, and first aid certificates.
• Passion for player development and coaching young players.
• Energetic, professional, and eager to learn.
• Experience coaching young players.
• Delivers sessions to a high standard.

Jenson Recruitment are excited to be recruiting on behalf of an ambitious and rapidly growing football development organisation looking for its next Football Coach.

This is an opportunity for a coach who wants to be part of something bigger than simply delivering sessions.

You’ll be working within a high-performance coaching environment, alongside experienced coaches with academy and elite-level backgrounds, helping young players develop their technical ability, confidence, game understanding and mentality.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering high-quality sessions to young players from U5 upwards
• Developing technical ability and decision-making
• Creating challenging, engaging and enjoyable sessions
• Supporting players to reach their individual potential
• Contributing to development sessions, small groups and football camps

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds minimum Level 2 coaching qualification, or is working towards one
• Valid DBS / Safeguarding qualification / First Aid qualification
• Is passionate about player development
• Brings energy, professionalism and enthusiasm and Wants to learn, improve and develop as a coach
• Has experience coaching young players
• Takes pride in delivering sessions to a high standard
