Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 coaching qualification or working towards it.
• Valid DBS, safeguarding, and first aid certificates.
• Passion for player development and coaching young players.
• Energetic, professional, and eager to learn.
• Experience coaching young players.
• Delivers sessions to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality sessions to young players from U5 upwards.
• Developing technical ability and decision-making.
• Creating challenging, engaging and enjoyable sessions.
• Supporting players to reach their individual potential.
• Contributing to development sessions, small groups and football camps.
