Job summary

Luton Town Football Club is seeking an Academy recruitment role to support talent identification and recruitment of young players in partnership with the Academy Head of Recruitment. You will build relationships with local grassroots clubs, attend in-service days, and promote the club’s values while safeguarding young players in all activities.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and professional integrity.

Qualifications

• Introduction to Talent Identification FA Level 1 required.
• National Talent Identification FA Level 2 or working towards desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to engage with young players and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local grass roots clubs and managers.
• Attend in-service and coaching days as directed by Head of Recruitment.
• Maintain honesty and integrity when working with young players.
• Represent Luton Town FC in a smart, personable manner.
• Undertake tasks delegated by the Academy Head of Recruitment.
