Job summary

Luton Town FC is seeking an Academy recruitment-focused professional to help identify and recruit players in collaboration with the Academy Head of Recruitment. You will build relationships with grassroots clubs and county teams to source talent.

The role requires attending coaching days, maintaining a high standard of professionalism, and supporting safeguarding practices. You will work as part of a team, contributing to the player development pathway and the club’s recruitment philosophy.

Qualifications

• Intro to Talent Identification at FA Level 1 is essential.
• Desirable FA Level 2 Talent Identification or working towards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with club staff and partners.
• Strong communication and IT skills to support recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local grassroots clubs and managers.
• Attend in-service and coaching days as directed by the Academy Head of Recruitment.
• Represent the club in a smart, personable manner at all times.
• Undertake tasks delegated by the Academy Head of Recruitment.
