Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions in London is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a portfolio of commercial buildings across Zones 1 and 2. This foot-mobile role requires travel between sites to carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant.

You will hold a recognised electrical qualification (C&G/NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical qualification (C&G/NVQ) required.
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Ability to work across multiple sites in a foot-mobile role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant.
• Maintain and test emergency lighting and fire alarm systems.
• Service and maintain AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaning.
• Monitor BMS systems and conduct hot & cold checks.
• Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors.
• Collaborate with and support fellow engineers across the portfolio.
