Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited in London is seeking a Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer with electrical qualifications to maintain HVAC systems across assigned sites. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance to keep buildings safe and efficient.

The role covers static site cover, responds to emergencies, and requires adhering to SLAs and KPIs while delivering high standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in general building services with relevant qualifications.
• NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems.
• Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Installing, Testing and Maintaining Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems.
• Qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
• Experience installing/servicing plant, fixtures and fittings.
• Ability to organise housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance across commercial offices and high-end residential sites.
• Provide cover for static sites during annual leave or sickness.
• Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and reactive requests.
• Ensure works meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain high safety, compliance, and customer service standards.
• Accurately complete maintenance records and provide status updates.

Foot Mobile AC Engineer

Job Description:

We're looking for a Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer with electrical qualifications and a solid understanding of HVAC systems. You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of assigned sites, ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard and operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings and high-end residential properties (landlord areas/systems only).

Provide cover for static sites during periods of annual leave, sickness, or other operational requirements.

Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and reactive maintenance requests.

Ensure all works are completed in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service across all assigned sites.

Accurately complete maintenance records and provide updates on completed and outstanding works.

Location:

London City & West End

Hours of Work:

42.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday. Overtime starting after 47.5 hours.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive experience in General Building services Industry relevant qualifications.

NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems.

Level 2 or NVQ Diploma in Installing, Testing and Maintaining Air-Conditioning and Heat PumpSystems Level 2.

Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline.

To carry out installation of plant, fixtures and fittings as required.

To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings.

To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

City & Guilds / Plumbing / Elecrical / Gas.

18th Addition.

2391 test and inspection.
