Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate Food Technology Teacher to support multiple secondary schools and academies across Chesterfield. You will deliver KS3/KS4 Food Tech, fostering a safe workshop environment and planning engaging, creative lessons that inspire student achievement.

The role requires QTS or equivalent, UK secondary teaching experience in Design Technology or Food Technology, strong classroom management, and an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one). Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent secondary teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Design Technology or Food Technology in a UK secondary setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student safety in workshop environments.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
