Job summary

You will thrive under pressure, work across store areas, and bring flexibility to shift patterns, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to rotate across store areas and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the Food section and sell products.
• Utilise Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer journey.
• Be a proactive, brand ambassador who recommends new food offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to different store areas and busy periods.
