Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Assistant at Churcher's College in Petersfield, Hampshire. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, supporting school events, and delivering a safe, welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

The position is part-time, Saturdays only, with breakfast-to-late afternoon hours and term-time only, offering the chance to contribute to a respected school community while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or school support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the Senior School.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently and in line with schedules.
• Help create a safe, clean, welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and fire safety procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent service.
• Report any incidents, concerns or maintenance issues promptly.
• Support school events and undertake additional duties when required.
