This role supports the delivery of best-in-class food safety practices in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

You'll oversee food safety across a varied restaurant portfolio, supporting partners from launch through day-to-day operations. You'll lead audits, deliver training, ensure compliance, and work closely with the Head of Food Safety on broader strategy. The role also includes managing one direct report and helping shape a growing, high-performing team.

This is a Monday to Friday, site-based role.
