Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Quality Systems Manager for a near Motherwell food manufacturing site. The role offers hybrid working and a 9-12 month maternity cover with a salary of £40,000–£45,000 plus pension, holidays and flexible hours.

You will own the Quality Management System, drive audits, maintain supplier and customer documentation, and support FSQA initiatives to ensure product safety and compliance in a premium condiments, bakery and confectionery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems in a Food Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, VACCP & TACCP.
• Experience leading or supporting internal and/or customer audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the site's Quality Management Systems and documentation.
• Coordinate audits, compliance activities and corrective actions.
• Maintain specifications and records for customer use.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to strengthen food safety and quality.
