Job summary

The Sterling Choice is seeking a QA Manager for its food manufacturing site in Northwich. You will own the day-to-day quality function, lead a team of 12 across QA and Quality Control, and drive improvements across shifts and production areas.

You will partner with Operations and the Site Technical Manager on HACCP, internal audits, and process controls, while developing people and promoting a strong quality culture across the factory.

Qualifications

• Background in food manufacturing with strong technical fundamentals.
• Evidence of leading people and driving improvements through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 12 across QA and Quality Control across shifts.
• Own day-to-day Quality function and drive improvements.
• HACCP, internal audits, and process controls management.
• Develop people within the QA function and coach/influence across the site.
