Job summary

Benjamin Edwards is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join their Lincoln-based team. The role centres on coordinating activity across Sales, Commercial, Operations, Buying and Production to ensure customer projects and product launches are delivered accurately and on time.

You will own projects from initial customer requirements through to production and final delivery, ensuring information, materials, specifications and artwork are available to keep things moving.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive mindset with can-do attitude
• Experience coordinating multiple internal teams across Sales, Commercial, Operations, Buying and Production
• Comfortable using Excel and data trackers to monitor projects

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects and new product launches from brief to manufacture and delivery
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines and trackers
• Coordinate product specifications, packaging and artwork
• Monitor production and delivery deadlines and identify delays
• Keep internal stakeholders updated on progress, risks and priorities
• Use Excel to track projects and provide updates
