Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects and new product launches from brief to manufacture and delivery.
• Act as the key link between Sales, Commercial, Operations, Buying, Production and other internal teams.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines and trackers, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate product specifications, packaging and artwork for on-time approval.
• Work with Buying and Operations to ensure materials and packaging are available for production.
• Monitor production and delivery deadlines, flag delays, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously without missing details.
• Keep project information and reports up-to-date and accessible.
