Restaurant Associates in London is seeking a highly organised Food Program Coordinator to support the effective management of our food programme across London sites. You’ll coordinate purchase orders, process supplier invoices, manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate records and reporting.
You will work closely with operations, finance and suppliers to ensure food is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Restaurant Associates is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Food Program Coordinator to support the effective management of our food programme across our London sites.
As a Food Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our food procurement and administration processes. You'll be responsible for coordinating purchase orders, processing supplier invoices, managing vendor relationships, supporting food safety initiatives, and maintaining accurate records and reporting.
Working closely with operational teams, finance, and suppliers, you'll help ensure food is delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
You’ll have experience within hospitality, catering, procurement, or a similar operational environment, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be proactive, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities while building strong working relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
