Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years in food manufacturing, with HACCP and hygiene qualifications. Shift patterns include two weekly blocks and a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday with rotating start times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in food manufacturing leading and motivating teams.
• Qualifications in food hygiene and team leadership.
• Experience with HACCP, allergens and food processing equipment.
• Strong planning and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to meet production targets with a trained team.
• Ensure resources are in place to deliver the plan.
• Maintain GMP, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Deliver shift briefs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach training schedules for a flexible team.
• Promote cost improvement and quality focus.
