Job summary

Pertemps Gloucester are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy production facility in Tewkesbury. This hands-on role offers 37.5 hours per week with overtime and a temp-to-perm path after 12 weeks.

You will contribute to a team producing high-quality food products and benefit from weekly pay and full induction. Starting at £13.11 per hour, duties include operating machinery, preparing materials, packing finished goods, and strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or food production is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery across production lines.
• Prepare products and materials for production.
• Pack finished products for dispatch and conduct quality checks.
• Report faults or issues to supervisors and maintain hygiene standards.
• Follow food safety, quality and Health & Safety procedures.
