Job summary

Quest Employment in Leicester is seeking Food Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturer. Full-time, ongoing work with immediate starts. Previous food production experience is not essential as full training is provided.

Shifts include AM, PM and Nights with training, and the role requires you to work on a fast-paced line, maintain hygiene, and meet daily targets. Right to Work documents must be provided.

Qualifications

• No previous food production experience required; full training provided.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to regular attendance.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to work to production targets and follow established procedures.
• Must have Right to Work documents.

Responsibilities

• Working on a fast-paced food production line
• Preparing, handling and packing food products
• Operating basic production equipment following training
• Checking products meet quality and presentation standards
• Weighing, labelling and packing finished products
• Following production schedules and meeting daily targets
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Following strict food safety, health and safety procedures
• Keeping your workstation clean and organised
• Working as part of a team to ensure production runs smoothly
