Job summary

Quest Employment in Leicester is seeking Food Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturer. Full-time, ongoing work with immediate starts. Previous food production experience is not essential as full training is provided.

Shifts include AM, PM and Nights with training, and the role requires you to work on a fast-paced line, maintain hygiene, and meet daily targets. Right to Work documents must be provided.

FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVES – IMMEDIATE STARTS

Leicester, LE1 | £12.86 – £14.15 per hour | Full-Time

We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturing business in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for full-time, ongoing work with immediate starts available. Previous food production experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

SHIFT TIMES

AM: 6:00am – 2:00pm
PM: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Nights: 10:00pm – 6:00am

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need previous food production experience. We're looking for people who are:

• Reliable, punctual and committed to regular attendance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and carry out repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working to production targets
• Able to follow instructions and established procedures
• Detail-oriented, particularly when checking products and packaging
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Available to work full-time
• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, warehouse, packing or similar environments is beneficial but not essential
• Able to provide the required Right to Work documents
