ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting for Food Production Operatives in the Lodge Farm, Northampton area. These part-time roles involve working in dedicated areas such as racking, boxing, raw prep, slicing, rolling and hygiene to produce high-quality bacon.

The role requires handling raw products, operating curing and cooking machinery, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Training is provided in a supportive environment with weekly pay and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Food Production Operatives - Part Time Lodge Farm, Northampton Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

6:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm Tuesday & Thursday

ACS Staffing Solutions are pleased to be working with a new client in the Lodge farm, Northampton area. We are looking for dedicated Food Production Operatives to join our team. Our client is renowned for producing high-quality bacon, from raw ingredients to delicious, cooked products, and they work with some of the biggest names in the industry.

Working in dedicated areas covering racking, boxing, raw prep, slicing, rolling and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling raw pork products and preparing them for processing.
• Operating machinery and equipment for curing, smoking, and cooking bacon.
