Pay Rate: £13.11 per hour
Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts – 4 days on, 4 days off
Hours: 6am–6pm & 6pm–6am

About the Role:

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our production team. As a Food Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in creating quality baked goods, from mixing ingredients and shaping pastries to packaging and maintaining a clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production of pastries and baked items
• Maintain high quality standards throughout the process
• Operate machinery (full training provided)
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous food production experience is a bonus – but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to handle long shifts on your feet
• A positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Weekly pay
