Food Production Operative Required in Warwick

Are you looking for a stable and rewarding job in food production? We are an agency recruiting on behalf of a well-established food manufacturer based in Warwick. They are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Mixing Section:
   - Preparing and mixing ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
   - Monitoring mixing machines and adjusting settings as needed.
   - Ensuring consistency and quality of the mixture.
   - Following all safety and hygiene standards.
2. Decorating Section:
   - Decorating and finishing food products to a high standard.
   - Ensuring accuracy and quality in presentation.
   - Packing finished products efficiently.
   - Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations.

Benefits:
