Jobs4 is recruiting Food Production Operatives for an established bakery near Oakham. Join a growing team in a hands-on role with early morning shifts from 06:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday. Immediate starts and ongoing work with potential for permanent opportunities.

You'll assist in prepping and packaging baked goods, operate machinery, and help maintain hygiene and production flow while keeping weights under 9 kg. Weekly pay and supportive on-site team provided.

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment? We’re recruiting Food Operatives to join a friendly and growing team at a well-established bakery in the Wellingborough area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• No items heavier then 9KG
