Acorn by Synergie is recruiting committed Factory Operatives to join our client's growing production team in Plymouth. This permanent, full-time role offers opportunities for development and long-term career progression.

You will work in a fast-paced food production environment, with shifts Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm, averaging 40 hours per week. The role requires physical stamina, adherence to food safety standards, and a strong work ethic.

Formación

• Previous food factory, production, manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• A strong work ethic and reliable approach.

Key Duties

As a Factory Operative, you'll work across all areas of food production and packaging, helping to produce premium food products to high standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction.

This is a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where attention to detail and maintaining high standards are essential.

The role is physically demanding, and you'll need to be comfortable with:

Working in very cold food production environments, with some areas being extremely hot.

Standing for extended periods.

Carrying out regular manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 15kg at a time.

Working at pace to meet production targets.

Maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and hygiene at all times.

This hands-on Production Operative role is suited to individuals who enjoy active work and are prepared to work hard as part of a close-knit team.

Requirements

Previous food factory, production, manufacturing or warehouse experience.
