Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd in Doncaster is seeking a First Line Manager to oversee daily production in a food manufacturing facility. You will supervise the production floor, ensure targets for volume, OEE, yield and efficiency are met, and coordinate with QA for food safety and quality compliance.

The role operates on rotational shifts (08.00 - 17.00 with lunch; 15.00 - 12.00 / 13.00 with lunch) and reports to the Production Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with food manufacturing exposure.
• Experience in overseeing production processes and safety compliance.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety principles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities on the floor.
• Ensure targets for volume, OEE, yield and efficiency are met.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as needed.
• Reduce downtime and improve productivity.
• Coordinate with QA on food safety compliance and quality.
• Maintain production reports and track KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime, waste).
