Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Production Manager (Food) to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our site in Doncaster. You will ensure safe, efficient production, meeting quality standards and on-time delivery while managing a team and coordinating dispatch.

The role requires 3–5 years in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and knowledge of HACCP/GMP. Shifts are described, with a weekly 40-hour core schedule and a weekly shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years experience in food manufacturing and Dispatch Operations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards (HACCP, GMP).
• Experience leading production teams and coordinating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor activities to meet targets (volume, OEE, yield, efficiency).
• Ensure food safety & quality compliance with HACCP, GMP and ISO/FSSC standards.
• Lead and develop line leaders and production staff; manage attendance & performance.
