Job summary

The Best Connection Group is recruiting for Key Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing business in Pontypool. You will set up and operate production lines, monitor output, complete production paperwork and quality records, and conduct routine checks while following food safety and health & safety procedures.

Offering 4 on 4 off shifts (05:00-17:00 or 07:00-19:00) at £15.05 per hour, this temp-to-perm role provides full training, ongoing support and long-term career prospects in a busy

We are currently recruiting for Key Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing business in the Pontypool area.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly successful production operation supplying products to some of the UK's most recognised retailers.

This role is ideal for someone with food production or manufacturing experience who is confident taking ownership of production lines, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

You will act as a key member of the production team, helping to keep operations running smoothly while completing essential production documentation and checks.
