The Best Connection Newport is recruiting Skilled Food Operatives for a leading food manufacturing site in Pontypool. This full-time role offers ongoing work, full induction and training, and a potential permanent position after a successful temporary period.

Expect consistent hours, weekly pay, and a supportive team in a busy production environment. Shifts include early, day, and 4 on/4 off roata patterns, with opportunities to develop skills across multiple areas of the operation and

Shift Patterns

• 5:00am - 5:00pm
• 9:00am - 9:00pm
• 4 on, 4 off rota

The Role

As a Skilled Food Operative, you will play a key role within a busy production environment, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Duties include:

• Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets
• Following production processes and quality procedures
• Carrying out packing and general production duties
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
• Supporting the smooth running of manufacturing operations
• Working closely with colleagues and team leaders to achieve operational goals
