Job summary

NuStaff Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Production Operative for a well-established manufacturing site in Pontyclun. This role involves operating and monitoring production machinery, feeding materials onto lines, carrying out basic quality checks and packing finished products.

You will join a fast-paced team with a stable, four-day working week (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. Immediate start available and reliable commuting to Pontyclun is essential.

• Desirable production/manufacturing experience; not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work weekly rotating shifts.
• Good timekeeping and attendance.
• Able to commute reliably to Pontyclun.

This is stable, ongoing machine minding work in a fast-paced production environment, ideal if you want consistent weekday hours. You'll be part of a team keeping high-volume production safe, efficient and to the required quality standards.

The Role:

• Operate and monitor production machinery

• Pack and palletise finished products
• Keep your area clean and safe and follow strict health, safety and hygiene standards

The Requirements:

• Previous production, manufacturing, FMCG or food and drink experience desirable, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
• Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work weekly rotating shifts
• Good timekeeping and attendance
• Able to commute reliably to Pontyclun
