The Best Connection Group in Pontypool is recruiting for Key Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing business. This role focuses on overseeing production lines, maintaining quality, and ensuring targets are met in a fast-paced shift.

You will complete production paperwork, monitor machinery, and support line setups while upholding food safety standards. A permanent progression path is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within food production, manufacturing or a similar environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are currently recruiting for Key Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing business in the Pontypool area. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly successful production operation supplying products to some of the UK's most recognised retailers.

This is a key role within the production team, ideal for someone with experience in food manufacturing who is confident overseeing production processes, completing production documentation and ensuring lines run efficiently throughout the shift. You'll be trusted to take ownership of your area, maintain quality standards and help deliver production targets in a fast-paced environment.

• 4 on 4 off shift pattern
• 05:00 to 17:00 or 07:00 to 19:00
• £14.05 per hour
• Temp to perm opportunity

Duties Include

• Operating and overseeing food production lines
